How long does delivery usually take?
Once you place your order, it is prepared within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery then takes 3–7 business days, Monday through Saturday. In most cases, your order arrives within 4–9 business days in total. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive a tracking email so you can follow the delivery.

What is Lume De Label?
Lume De Label is an Australian women’s fashion boutique focused on modern, effortless styles designed to fit seamlessly into everyday life. Each collection is curated with care to offer pieces that feel confident, wearable, and timeless.

Which payment methods can I use?
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Maestro, Shop Pay, UnionPay, and Visa. All payments are processed securely using SSL encryption.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Every order includes free delivery within Australia. There are no minimum spend requirements or special conditions.

Can I return an item if it’s not right for me?
Of course. You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Simply email contact@lumedelabel.com and our team will guide you through the process.

Are exchanges possible?
Yes, exchanges are available. If you would like a different size or item, contact us at contact@lumedelabel.com and we will do our best to help.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been accepted and inspected, your refund is processed within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a little longer to appear on your account.

Do you ship outside Australia?
At the moment, we ship only within Australia. Our focus is on delivering the best possible local service. If this changes in the future, we will let our customers know.

Is my personal and payment information protected?
Yes. Your privacy and security are taken seriously. Lume De Label does not store sensitive payment details, and all transactions are handled through secure, encrypted systems.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
Start by checking the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email. If more than 7 business days have passed since dispatch and your order has not arrived, contact us at contact@lumedelabel.com and we will investigate right away.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to make changes or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order so we can assist.
